Within the Rosinger Group, only beneficial owners are permitted to hold managing direcor positions. Dipl.-Ing. Gregor Heinz Rosinger is the beneficial owner of all companies; in some companies, Yvette Rosinger is also a beneficial owner. There are no other beneficial owners in the Rosinger Group companies, which is why no other individuals may be appointed as managing directors.
